Shipments weighing less than 45 kgs total are to be transported via DHL Express. Shipments weighing more than 45 Kgs are to be transported via DHL Danzas Air & Ocean.

Based on the above weight, contact either the local DHL Express office or the local DHL Danzas Air & Ocean office. For other specific customs or documentation requirements based on the country of Export and the country of Import, go to www.dhl.com.

Documentation:

A commercial invoice and a packing list must accompany each shipment.  

The commercial invoice must include:

• Invoice Number

• Invoice Date

• Shipper name and address

• DIEBOLD Part # or DIEBOLD machine type and serial #

• Supplier Part Number

• Quantity

• Product description (no abbreviations)

• Unit of measure

• Unit cost (must be greater than zero and indicate a reasonable commercial value if the invoice is No Charge)

• Invoice Total Value

• Currency of Sale

• Port of entry (in the importing country)

• Harmonize System Tariff number for each item.

• Country of Origin for each item.

The packing list must include:

• Identifying Marks and Numbers

• Measurements (Length x Width x Height in metric)

• Cubic Volume (in metric)

• Gross Weight/Net Weight (in kilos)

• Quantity of each item in each container
