Diebold’s reputation for providing cutting edge security solutions is
well known. With AccuTrack
Elite 3200, Diebold sets a higher standard for digital video recorders. This
newest AccuTrack solution offers an extensive list of enhancements.
Added Inputs Monitors More Sites
The basic unit has inputs for as many as 16 composite
video inputs, with an optional card allowing for expansion to 32 inputs. For
ATM monitoring, it also stores transaction data with the video image. Enter
any transaction ID number and AccuTrack instantly presents the data and
related video images. TCP/IP eavesdropping allows the AccuTrack to
automatically sense transactions when configured to monitor a customer’s
network based ATM.
Optimized Image Capture
To optimize storage capacity, the system can be
configured to provide a maximum overall throughput of 64 fps.
At this rate, images can be captured from all 32 cameras in less than
one second.
User-Defined Frame Rate During Events and Alarms
Users can program AccuTrack Elite 3200 to automatically
increase capture rate for the system during specified events. AccuTrack has
built-in motion detection support for all video inputs.
When motion is detected at any camera the frame rate for
that camera can be increased to any user-defined speed. AccuTrack
Elite 3200 can also be configured to a higher image resolution of 640 x 480 to
capture the highest quality images possible, greatly improving the ability to
identify details and individuals during an investigation.
Expanded Storage Holds More Images
AccuTrack Elite 3200 offers multiple storage solutions from 250 gigabytes,
expandable to 1000 gigabytes (1 terabyte) all contained in one box. That much
storage puts millions of video images at your fingertips during the
investigation of fraud, burglary, vandalism or other events.
RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks)
Redundancy Reduces Data Loss Risk
With AccuTrack Elite 3200's RAID option, a failed drive
doesn’t mean lost data. If a drive fails, the system continues to record on
the other drives. Recorded data is spread across multiple drives, so when a
drive fails the system automatically rebuilds images from redundant data on
the other drives. You have a higher level of confidence knowing that the
images from your surveillance cameras will be there when you need them.
As an added advantage, drives can be “hot-swapped”
during maintenance or replacement. There’s no need to power the system down.
A drive can simply be pulled out and a replacement plugged in with no
interruption to system operation or image capture.
Accessing the drives is easy because they are readily
available from outside the unit contained in lockable cartridges. The
removable feature also means that drives can be removed and archived if
necessary for long-term documentation. Additional
drives can be purchased to replace the archived drives.
